It's function is to eliminate the reliance on free lance writers, fulfil short term content needs and reduce the workload and expense incurred as a result of having to search and recruit freelance writers, enforce deadlines and editing and rewriting work. Content is 'on demand' because we are able to customise the content to your demographic and website or portal's subject needs. We also provide an event reporting back-up service to our clients and will cover events, media launches and press conferences for them which are relevant to their industry or subject matter of their portal/website.

Consulting

Quack Concepts consulting services are targeted at dotcoms seeking advice and assistance on various content related concerns, from logistics to training to strategy. Our role is to assist you in identifying existing content related problems and issues, to provide recommendations on rectifying or addressing these problems and where appropriate, provide or assist you in implementing and achieving the solutions necessary.

We also provide training to content personnel for various types and forms of content designed to provide valuable guidance and insight to personnel on how to create and generate content and assisting personnel in finding new ways to improve and continually add value and quality to their work.

Management Services

Management Services involve total or partial outsourcing of a dotcom's content department and content related tasks to Quack Concepts. A dotcom may chose to outsource only Editorial or both Editorial and Writing work to Quack Concepts. Quack Concepts also provides an extensive management service that includes authoring and vetting of non-content or non-web related publications including Press Releases, Sales, Marketing and Promotional Materials or Kits and Company Reports and publications.
